Power's epic drama series Crusoe, a co-production with Muse and Moonlighting for US network NBC, is well on its way to becoming a run away success. With pre-sales in over 40 major territories including Australia's Channel 9, France's Canal Plus, New Zealand's TVNZ, Italy's Rai, Spain's Antena 3, Germany's Telemunchen, Scanadavia's Viasat, Sweden's TV 4, South Africa's SABC 4, NBC Asia and Fox's International channels Crusoe has already solidified a global viewership.
Season One of the series is adapted from Daniel Dafoe's classic and widely celebrated novel and boasts Hollywood stars Sam Neil and Sean Bean as well as introducing Philip Winchester, as the irrepressible Robinson Crusoe. Anna Walton (Hellboy 2) plays his wife Susannah. Production of Crusoe ends this weekend in South Africa.
Another NBC show from Power's dynamic production slate is the two part action thriller, XIII: The Conspiracy, (co-produced by Cipango and Prodigy in association with Power) starring Val Kilmer and Stephen Dorff, which recently aired on Canal Plus with the highest ratings of all time for the channel in original production with a share of over 17%.
