Kate Zarmalwal

Head of Legal Affairs Kate Zarmalwal joined Power in 2004 from leading media law firm Harbottle & Lewis where she had been Power's lawyer for six years. Kate is responsible for negotiating all of Power's key contracts and has handled all legal matters relating to Power's emergence into the co-production and production market. She was instrumental in securing finance for Power's $24 million debut feature film, "Flood" and is at the centre of Power's important relationships with major UK and US broadcasters. She also supervises the day-to-day running of Power's significant ongoing stream of program sale and license agreements.
